Marie Treviranus

Marie was born in North Carolina and grew up in Florida where she remained until her last day on Earth. She was first known as Wewe which morphed into Mimi, later being known to her family as Screaming Mimi which remained the same even as an adult. She had two children, Katrina and Bryan, who were her world and she adored them. Later Pat came into her life making it a complete family. Mimi and Pat loved each other dearly. The family together had their ups and downs, their adventures and mishaps, their crying and laughing but most of all their love.

Mimi worked as a seating hostess and a waitress throughout her life, working the longest at Disney, Perkins, Country Fixins and IHop. She took pride in her work and loved what she did. She may have slammed your plate down on the table or scoffed at you, but she loved to serve. She didn’t just serve at work she served at home as well. She loved to cook and bake all kinds of sugary sweets to make you feel happy and loved.

Mimi loved to read, play various word games, watching the Food Network or Hallmark channel and most of all taking care of and playing with her grandchildren. Anyone who knows Mimi knows she LOVED babies so when she was blessed with grand babies of her own she was over the moon.

Mimi is survived by her loving husband and daughter who were not prepared to say goodbye just yet but happy to know she will be surrounded and taken care of by many of her loved ones including her son.

To Sweetness and Mom, we love you so very much and are going to miss you dearly. Until we meet again, please give Bryan a big hug from us.”.
