A Schizophrenic man who was discharged from a Sanford hospital this week has gone missing.
According to the Sanford Police Department, on Thursday, July 14, Giovanni Solina was discharged from the HCA Florida Lake Monroe Hospital, which is located at 1401 W Seminole Boulevard in Sanford.
Solina allegedly left the hospital on foot and has not contacted his family. Solina is a diagnosed paranoid Schizophrenic and suffers from diabetes, which has his family concerned for his well-being.
