The Orange County Sheriff’s Office seized over 20 pounds of illegal drugs, including 100 grams of fentanyl, from a man in possession of a vehicle stolen out of New York.
According to OCSO, 39-year-old Vladimir St. Louis was booked into the Orange County Jail on Wednesday, August 3, on multiple charges stemming from an investigation by the Community Oriented Policing Squad into a stolen vehicle carrying drugs.

During their investigation, officers recovered the vehicle that St. Louis allegedly stole in the state of New York. An examination of the stolen vehicle uncovered multiple drugs and a weapon.
In total, police recovered more than 10 pounds of cocaine, 9 pounds of crystal meth, 100 grams of fentanyl, 3 pounds of marijuana, and a gun.
St. Louis, who is a six-time convicted felon, faces multiple, felony drug trafficking charges, as well as possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
