Kathe Campbell, 82, passed away peacefully on August 1, 2022, at her home in Clermont, Florida, with her family by her side. She was the beloved widow of Sam (Luke) Campbell.
Kathe was born on November 19, 1939, in Offenbaugh / Main Germany, to parents Karl and Elisabeth Hartman. Kathe met her husband, Luke, during his Air Force assignment at Hahn Air Base near Lautzenhausenin, Germany. Together, they shared 40 years of marriage full of life, friendship, family, and love, an inspiration to us all. Their legacy lives on in the lives of their children, grandchildren, and beyond.
Kathe earned her United States citizenship in 1968 and was proud to be an American. She was devoted to her family and worked tirelessly at home and beyond while raising her children. From hand-sewing dresses to working on base or the dry cleaners, Kathe was proud to contribute. No matter the circumstances, Kathe was forever optimistic.
Kathe was the anchor of her family, a beacon of truth, and an example of love in action. Although she will be forever missed here, a long-awaited reunion has occurred in eternity as Kathe has been reunited with her loved ones, Sam, and her creator.

Her son Glen Campbell (Debbie), daughter Jenny Wagner (Cris), Sherry Helisek (Gene) and Grandchildren Sammy Burho, Chris Burho, Sarah Hurley (Trevor), Candace Thomas (Chris), Nathan Beam (Mary), Samantha Lopp (Brandon), Parker Campbell and Mathew Helisek. Great grandchildren include Alexis Buhro, David Thomas (Rhiannon), Dalton Thomas, Dana Thomas, Luke Beam, Tyler Beam, Jake Beam, Levi Lopp, Letty Lopp, Skylar Burho, and a great-great Granddaughter Blakely Thomas, and nephew Alex Mohr. She was predeceased by her daughter, Angie Howze, and great granddaughter Maci Lopp.
