Winter Springs police looking for woman missing since 2006

The Winter Springs Police Department is asking for the public to help locate a woman who has been missing since 2006.

The department recently published a statement on the cold case file of Rachel Yates, who has been missing for over 16 years.

According to WSPD, Yates was last seen by friends during an argument that occurred at the intersection of Elkcam Boulevard and Providence Boulevard in Deltona on June 10, 2006.

After that incident, Yates was seen leaving the area on foot and has not been heard from or seen since.

Yates stands 5’7″, weighs 160 pounds, has red hair and blue eyes. Authorities do not known what she was last seen wearing.
