A 51-year-old Apopka man was indicted on Thursday on multiple counts related to receiving and possessing child sexual abuse material.

Charles Vincent Yannaccone is being charged with three counts of receipt of child sexual abuse material and one count of possession of sexual abuse material, according to an indictment filed by United States Middle District of Florida Attorney Roger B. Handberg on Thursday, September 15.

Yannaccone faces a mandatory minimum penalty of 15 years on the three counts of receipt, and a maximum penalty of as much as 20 years on each of the four counts.
