Winter Park implements curfew for residents

The city of Winter Park has implemented a curfew for its residents.

The curfew is in effect until 5 p.m. today and may be extended pending the condition of roads.

During the curfew, driving is prohibited, with the exception of emergency personnel and essential employees traveling to and from work.
