A second man has been arrested and charged with the murder of a 30-year-old father who was killed during a shooting in east Orlando last month.
Alfredo Torres-Eusebio, who is 40-years-old and from Orlando, is being charged with first degree murder and attempted first degree murder in the shooting death of Trey Scott Kennedy, who was found dead from gunfire on Thursday, September 8.
Last week, 19-year-old Francisco Arismendi Giraldi Baez was arrested by Orange County Sheriff’s Office deputies. Baez is being charged with first degree murder and first degree attempted murder as well, among other charges.
The fatal shooting took place in the 11000 block of East Colonial Drive. Upon arrival at that scene, officers discovered Kennedy and another man had been shot. Kennedy was pronounced deceased at the scene, while the second man was taken to the hospital with critical injuries.
Torres-Eusebio is currently being held without bond at the Orange County Jail, according to court records.
