A 42-year-old man was found dead in his condominium in Altamonte Springs on Monday.
Altamonte Springs Police Department officers responded to the Lake Villas Condominiums at 126 Maitland Avenue in Altamonte Springs after receiving calls regarding gunshots fired in a residence.
Upon arrival, officers discovered the body of William Edward Burgs. Burgs was unresponsive and was declared deceased at the scene.
Detectives say that they believe the incident is isolated and that the suspect was known to the victim.
