James William Prom of Altamonte Springs, Florida passed away on November 17th 2022 at the age of 84.
Jim was born in Port Washington, Wisconsin to the parents of William Prom and Josephine (Lesch), where he grew up with his siblings Sylvester, Melvin and Dianne. He attended Port Washington High where he enjoyed running track, graduating in 1957.
He married Barbara Shampo (sainted) in 1959 and together they had five children. They are survived by sons Jeff (Lori), Rick (Gaby), Patrick (Melissa), Corey (Michelle), Curt (Patty) and grandchildren Brandon, Makenna, Sabrina, Tyler, Hannah, Grace, Chad and Ashlyn.
Jim enjoyed spending time with family, especially his grandchildren, playing cards, watching baseball, traveling, watching the Packers win, airplanes, and dancing to polka music, which he is now doing 24/7.
