RadioShack closing last Orlando location

Radio Shack will close the doors on its last Orlando store later this season.

Located at 2001 S Orange Avenue, just south of downtown Orlando, Innovative Electronics will close its doors in early 2023 after over 50 years in business.

Established in 1970, the location is the only authorized RadioShack dealer in Orange County and one of only a handful that still operate in Central Florida.

The business joins multiple others that have closed up shop in the South Downtown (SoDo) district.

That includes Five Guys, which closed earlier this year and will be replaced by Central Florida’s first Pollo Campero.

RadioShack is currently offering discounts across its products. For more information, or to purchase items in its final days, visit the Innovative Electronic storefront in the coming weeks.
