A 69-year-old motorcyclist was killed after his vehicle crashed into a vehicle parked alongside an Orlando roadway.
The fatal accident took place on Tuesday, March 28 at around 5:40 p.m., according to a report from the Florida Highway Patrol.
The man, who was from Kissimmee, was riding his Honda Rebel motorcycle northbound on Sailfish Street, near its intersection with Kingfish Street.
For unknown reasons, the man did not see a Honda CR-V that was parked on the shoulder of the roadway. As a result, the front right of his vehicle struck the front right of the parked vehicle and he was ejected from his motorcycle.
The man landed on the pavement, where he was later recovered and transported to the Orlando Regional Medical Center. He was pronounced deceased at the hospital.
