Do you know your rights as a landlord?

Orange County officials will host a free landlord seminar to help property owners learn about their rights.

The Orange County Office of Tenant Services is hosting the free event on Thursday, April 20, starting at 12 p.m., at Barnett Park, which is located at 4801 W. Colonial Drive.

The seminar will teach attendees the “dos and don’ts” of property management in an effort to provide a better understanding of rights in Orange County.
