Firefighters’ cars burglarized at multiple fire stations in Apopka

The personal vehicles of firefighters at different fire stations in Apopka were burglarized and authorities are looking to catch those responsible.

On Tuesday, the Apopka Police Department reported that several vehicles belonging to Apopka Fire Department firefighters were burglarized in the early morning hours of Monday, May 22.

The vehicles were parked at Fire Station 3, which is located at 801 Piedmont Wekiva Road, and Fire Station 4, which is located at 2750 W Orange Avenue.

Crime scene technicians responded to both stations and have processed the scenes, and detectives are currently investigating the incidents.
