A 23-year-old man was killed after his vehicle ran off a Saint Cloud roadway and crashed into a tree.
The fatal accident took place at around 10:25 a.m. on Thursday, June 15, according to the Florida Highway Patrol.
The man was driving a 2018 Honda Civic westbound on Friars Cove Road, just west of Deer Run Road in Saint Cloud.
For unknown reasons, the driver failed to maintain control of the vehicle and drove off the roadway. As a result, the front of the vehicle collided with a tree.
The driver, who was from Saint Cloud, was pronounced deceased at the scene.
