Legendary comedian coming to Amway Center this fall

One of the most famous comedians in the world will bring his comedy tour to downtown Orlando later this fall.

Dave Chappelle will perform at the Amway Center (400 W Church Street) in downtown Orlando on Thursday, November 2, at 7:30 p.m.

Chappelle is a stand-up comedian and actor who shot to fame with his sketch series, Chappelle Show, on Comedy Central. The comedian starred in and co-created the satirical comedy sketch series, which spawned a collection of imitators over the years.


Chappelle has received multiple awards and nominations for his work in stand-up and television, including three Grammy Awards, as well as being named Rolling Stone‘s ninth best comedian of all time in the magazine’s “50 Best Stand-Up Comics of All Time.”

Chappelle has also received five Primetime Emmy Awards and one Screen Actors Guild Award nomination.
