A 23-year-old man is facing felony charges after he allegedly knocked on a woman’s apartment door and masturbated in front of her window.
On October 21, Osceola County Sheriff’s Office deputies were called regarding an incident of exposure of sexual organs at the Maingate Village Apartments, which are located at 2861 Maingate Village Circle in Kissimmee.
Upon arrival, deputies made contact with a victim who reported that earlier that day, a suspect had knocked on her front door. The man then allegedly masturbated outside of the woman’s apartment window.
The victim says she recorded the man’s behavior. She identified the man in the video as Raymond Joseph Terryn IV.
After a multi-week investigation into the incident, on December 4, members of the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office Special Victims Unit obtained an arrest warrant for Terryn. He was arrested on Wednesday, December 6 and is being charged with exposure of sexual organs.
