Elder Frank McDuffie

Elder Frank McDuffie, 93, of Orlando, transitioned from labor to reward on Saturday, January 27, 2024. Elder McDuffie was born on October 1, 1930 in Fitzgerald, GA to the late Pinkie and Frank McDuffie. He later met and married Berdia Mae McDuffie. He was a devoted husband and father.

Elder McDuffie was a member of Champions Christian Fellowship, Orlando for many years. He was a fervent prayer warrior and a willing servant of God and people. The motto Elder McDuffie carried with him, “if I can help somebody as I pass this way, then my living shall not be in vain” became a major tool he used to guide countless souls to the ever- open door of Christ. In his spare time, he enjoyed gardening and spending time with his beloved grandchildren.

Elder McDuffie breathed his last breath and put on his new robe of glory on January 27th. His ministry and legacy will live on in the hearts of his beloved children, Charles (Emma) McDuffie, Alton McDuffie, Johnnie McDuffie, Craig Robinson, David McDuffie, Dwayne McDuffie, Sharon McDuffie, Mamie (Eugene) Mitchell, Rosa Kee, Angelica McDuffie; 2 sisters, Daisy Harrell, Myobi La’Abba; a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, other relatives and many friends. Earth has no sorrow that heaven cannot heal.

Visitation will be held on Friday, February 9, 2024 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the mortuary.

A service of celebration will be held on Saturday, February 10, 2024, 1:00 p.m. at Victorious Living Fellowship, 250 N. Ivey lane, Orlando with Pastor Travis Mackey, officiating. Interment: Washington Park Cemetery, Orlando.
