Albert Gatti died on January 27, 2024, peacefully at the age of 91.

Al is survived by his wife, Louisa, 8 children, 10 grandchildren, and 11 great grandchildren.

Al was born on November 12, 1932, in Supine, Italy. His family came to the U.S. in 1935 and settled in Melrose Park, Illinois.

Al graduated from Bradley University with a degree in Psychology.

He moved from Melrose Park to Louisville, KY where he had an opportunity to purchase McDonald’s Restaurant Franchises. In 1980, Al sold his franchises and moved full time to Sweetwater Country Club in Longwood, FL. He later became co-owner of several golf and country clubs. Needless to say, he was an avid sportsman! Al was a very charitable man who was involved in numerous Charities.

Al had a deep love for his wife, Louisa, his children, grandchildren, great grandchildren and numerous friends.

A Funeral Mass is scheduled on Monday, February 5, 2024, 1:30 p.m. at Annunciation Catholic Church, officiated by Father Ivan Olmo. All are welcome to attend.
