Bicycle thief at McDonald’s wanted by Sanford police

The Sanford Police Department is asking the public for help to identify a suspect wanted in connection with the theft of a $500 bicycle that was parked outside of a local McDonald’s.

On February 20, the man featured in this story was seen entering the McDonald’s located at 3785 S. Orlando Drive.

According to SPD, while outside of the building, the man removed a black Cannondale bicycle from a rack without permission. The man then took the bike and fled the scene.
