Comedian Mike Birbiglia coming to Orlando this week

Comedian Mike Birbiglia is bringing his Please Stop the Ride tour to Hard Rock Live Orlando this week.

Birbiglia will perform at the venue, which is located at 6050 Universal Boulevard in Orlando, on Friday, March 15, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

A stand-up comedian, actor, storyteller, director, producer, and writer, Birbiglia has released several comedy albums and television specials.

Birbiglia’s feature-length directorial debut, Sleepwalk with Me, based on his one-man show of the same name and in which he also starred, won awards at the Sundance and Nantucket film festivals. He also wrote, directed, and starred in the comedy-drama Don’t Think Twice.

In addition, Birbiglia has appeared in multiple films, including Cedar Rapids and Trainwreck. He also played a recurring role in Orange Is the New Black and Billions, and has guest starred in episodes of Girls, Inside Amy Schumer, and Broad City.

Tickets for this Friday’s show range from $39 to $69.
