Balbina Ramírez was born on April 2, 1935. In the Guilarte neighborhood, Adjuntas, Puerto Rico.
His parents were José Ortiz and Leonor Rodríguez. They are survived by their 7 children:
Salvador, Efraín, Blanca Iris, Josá Ángel, Enemid, Miriam and Evelyn. 9 grandchildren and 5 Great-grandchildren and 4 Sisters.
In 1971 he moved from Puerto Rico to Chicago, IL.
There he lived and worked for many years for the public schools.
Balbina was a woman of Faith, she was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints for over 40 years. She served as a missionary in the Atlanta Temple.
Her passion was to serve in the Church and share and enjoy with his children, family and friends. Balbina was loving, smiling and affectionate.
We will miss her very much, but heaven has gained an angel.
