Born on January 11, 1960, in Jersey City, New Jersey, Rosalina’s life journey was marked by immense strength, unwavering compassion, and an abundance of love. Rosalina, known to most as Rosa, was a family woman who worked hard. She cherished her family, above all her children; and was an impactful presence in their lives.

She worked for the government for over 25 years in the Internal Revenue Service and Department of Homeland Security (USCIS). She loved her country and took pride in her work, raising in ranks and mentoring dozens of people throughout her career.

She grew up in Hoboken, NJ, and lived many years in Bucks County, PA, but ultimately embraced a new life in Orlando, FL, where she found joy in the sun. Her incredibly supportive nature and selfless spirit made her unforgettable. She took immense pride in her family and was always ready to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. Her love and generosity will be profoundly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Rosa will be lovingly remembered by her children: Jasmine Green and Jonathan (Nicole) Figueroa; brother, Anibal Torres; sister Darlin Fresse; brother David (Frances) Fresse; brother Nelson (Elizabeth) Fresse; as well as numerous relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents, Damian and Carmen Fresse; son Damian ‘Mani’ Bautista; brother Harry Lugo; sister Leticia Fresse; sister Jeanette Fresse; sister Olga Fresse; sister-in-law Esther Torres; and the father of her children, Bienvenido Figueroa. Rosalina’s love and care for everyone who crossed her path will be fondly remembered.
