Janet Jackson returns to Kia Center in July

Janet Jackson and special guest Nelly will be performing in Orlando this summer.

The concert will be held at the Kia Center (400 W Church Street in Orlando) on Saturday, July 20. Tickets are still available, starting at $30.

A singer, actress, and dancer, Jackson became a pop icon following the release of her third and fourth studio albums, Control and Rhythm Nation 1814.

In 1991, Jackson signed the first of two record-breaking, multi-million-dollar contracts with Virgin Records, establishing her as one of the highest-paid artists in the world.

Throughout her lengthy career, Jackson has sold over 100 million records and holds the record for the most consecutive top-10 entries on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 singles chart by a female artist with 18. She is also the only artist in the history of the chart to have seven commercial singles from one album peak within the top five positions.

Jackson’s accolades include five Grammy Awards, 11 Billboard Music Awards, 11 American Music Awards, an Academy Award nomination, a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame, and eight Guinness World Records entries. She has also been inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
