Johnny Maschino died peacefully at home on June 26, 2024 at 81 years of age, surrounded by his family. He was predeceased by his parents Ludwig Maschino and Evelyn Thawtiuk. He leaves behind his wife of 34 years, Kimberly Maschino, and his two sons, Christian and Collin Maschino.

Johnny was born in Copenhagen, Denmark and moved to the United States at the age of 16 where he became a US Citizen. He served four years in the United States Air Force and worked in the hospitality industry. He was most revered for his years working at Ruby Tuesdays Explorers on St. Armands Circle from 1977 to 1988.

Johnny has said that his highest accomplishment was his family. He valued family over everything else. He enjoyed working in the yard, traveling, and a good dinner out.

A private family service will be held at a later date.
