Robert L. Westfall, 60, of Orlando, Florida, passed away on August 20, 2024. Born on January 1, 1964, in Providence, Rhode Island, Robert dedicated his career to the craft of glazing, contributing his meticulous skills and strong work ethic to numerous projects and structures.
Robert was deeply involved in his community as a Lifetime Eagles Member at #3496, a Lifetime VFW Member and a past worthy governor of Azalea Park Moose Lodge. His passions included fishing, NASCAR, traveling, and cooking, which he often shared with friends and family. Robert’s presence was marked by his generous spirit and engaging personality, making lasting impressions on all who knew him.
He is survived by his wife, Cindy Westfall. His first wife Claire Claflin Lamtman, and his second wife Anita Ballard. His mothers, Saundra L. Warren and Barbara Kachik-Westfall; daughters, Lauren Westfall and Melanie Ballard; son, Justin Soelberg; grandchildren, Felicia McCoy, Joel Lee Collins II, Cooper Lee Collins, Eli, and Alexis York; Great grandchildren, Emory and Ezra. Siblings, Jeffery Westfall, Robyn Keele, Vincent Kachik, James Kachik (Sue), Barry Kachik (Janice), and Beth Shultz; and several nieces and nephews, including Tina Marrall, Mindy Childress, Brittany Westfall, Brina Westfall, Sarah Kachik, Zachary Paxton, Garrett Westfall, Daryl Kachik, Vincent Shultz, and Nick Shultz. Robert was preceded in death by his father, Donald Leroy Westfall; sister, Donna Ann Westfall; sister, Cynthia Kachik; and son, James Ballard.
A Celebration of Life will be held at the Orlando VFW, honoring Robert’s memory and legacy. In lieu of flowers, donations may be directed to his sister, Robyn Keele, to assist with funeral expenses.
