A popular Japanese singer who has never shown her face to the public is bringing her Hibana World Tour to downtown Orlando this weekend, and a handful of tickets are still available.
On Saturday, July 26, Ado will perform at the Kia Center, which is located at 400 W Church Street in Orlando. Doors open at 6:30 p.m., with the show starting at 8 p.m.
Ado is a Utaite, which is a Japanese term for someone covering Vocaloid songs with their real voice. The 22-year-old singer became a mainstream name in 2020 thanks to her major label debut “Usseewa.” The song topped multiple charts in Japan, garnering millions of YouTube views.
In 2022, Ado released her first album, Kyougen, which debuted at #1 on multiple domestic charts and became a long-running hit.
That same year, Ado lent her voice to the world-renowned anime film “ONE PIECE FILM RED,” singing a total of seven songs, including the theme song “New Genesis” that topped the Billboard Japan Hot 100 chart for six consecutive weeks. “New Genesis” also became the first Japanese song to top Apple Music’s Top 100: Global Chart.
In 2024, Ado embarked on her first world tour, which sold out, and she became the first female artist to perform at Japan National Stadium. She also released her latest studio album, Zanmu, in July of that year.
Ado performed at the opening ceremony of Expo 2025 Osaka Kansai in April of 2025. She then launched her Hibana spring/summer world tour, which is one of the largest world tours in history by a Japanese artist.
