Police officers in Volusia County are searching for a one-armed man who has a “history of violence” and is wanted on multiple felony charges, including three counts of child abuse.
In a social media post on Tuesday, September 30, the Holly Hill Police Department stated that its officers are currently looking for 43-year-old Steven A. Sullivan in connection with a case involving allegations of domestic battery and child abuse.
Sullivan stands 5’9” tall, weighs approximately 150 pounds, and he is missing his right arm. He also has tattoos on his face, which are above his left eyebrow.
In addition, HHPD stated that Sullivan is known to carry a firearm, and he has a “history of violence and resisting arrest.”

Sullivan is known to frequent the areas of Holly Hill, Ormond Beach, and the unincorporated parts of Ormond Beach.
