The Florida Lottery announced this week that an Orlando man has claimed a lifetime prize, in the amount of $1,000 a week, from the multi-state draw game Cash4Life.

The lucky winner, identified as Joseph Moss, traveled to the Florida Lottery Headquarters on December 22, 2025, to claim his prize from the Cash4Life drawing on November 9, 2025.

Moss chose to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $1,000,000.

The winning ticket was purchased from the Publix located at 10615 Narcoossee Road in Orlando.

Cash4Life was a popular multi-state draw game that offered two lifetime prizes, with the chance to win $1,000 a day for life or $1,000 a week for life. The game ended on February 21, 2026.

“Although Cash4Life is no longer offered, winners like Joseph Moss highlight the lasting impact of the game’s life-changing prizes,” said the Florida Lottery in a media release.
