Update from the Winter Park Police Department: Shirlyn Wright has been safely located and is in good health.
Local authorities are searching for a missing 73-year-old woman who was last seen near her Winter Park residence on Sunday.
Shirlyn Wright was reported missing at around 4:45 p.m. on Monday, May 4. According to the Winter Park Police Department, Wright was last seen near her home, which is located in the 600 block of Israel Simpson Court, on Sunday, May 3.
Wright stands 5’1” tall, weighs around 150 pounds, and has dark hair and brown eyes.
“There are concerns about (Wright’s) well-being due to her need for medication and known medical conditions,” said Winter Park police in a social media post.
No further details were provided by law enforcement.
