Fans of Grammy Award-winning Spanish singer Rosalía can officially mark their calendars, as the Kia Center has announced a new date for her previously postponed Orlando show.
The performance is now scheduled to take place on Wednesday, September 9, and a limited number of tickets are still available for the event.
Rosalía was initially slated to perform at the downtown Orlando venue, located at 400 W. Church St., on Monday, June 8. However, she was forced to postpone the Orlando stop due to a “family emergency.”
At the time of the postponement, the Kia Center stated that the singer was “sorry to disappoint her fans, but the circumstances have left her with no other choice.”
Ticketholders were advised to hold onto their passes while tour organizers explored rescheduling options. Those original tickets will now be honored for the September date.
Rosalía is widely known for her innovative fusion of traditional flamenco with pop, R&B, and electronic music. She rose to global prominence with her breakthrough album El Mal Querer, which showcased her powerful vocals and bold visual style.
Since then, Rosalía has become one of the most influential artists in contemporary music, earning multiple Grammy and Latin Grammy Awards. She is known for pushing creative boundaries with genre-blending hit tracks like “MALAMENTE,” “DESPECHÁ,” and “LA FAMA.”
