A 32-year-old Orlando man has been identified as the lucky winner of a $1 million prize from a $50 scratch-off lottery ticket he purchased at a gas station in Volusia County.
According to the Florida Lottery, Orlando resident Cedric Dewayne Bell visited one of its district offices on April 27, 2026, to claim the $1 million prize from the $25MM Gold Rush Multiplier scratch-off game.
Bell elected to receive his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $638,100.
The winning ticket was purchased at the Circle K gas station located at 1801 State Road 44 in New Smyrna Beach.
The $25MM Gold Rush Multiplier game launched with more than $1.2 billion in total cash prizes, including 60 prizes of $1 million and two top prizes of $25 million. The overall odds of winning $25 million in the game are approximately 1-in-16,639,785.
