Man charged with trafficking fentanyl one month after Orlando woman dies from overdose

A man is facing drug trafficking charges after a 28-year-old woman was found dead of an apparent overdose earlier this year.

The Orlando Police Department Overdose Investigative Unit recently arrested and charged 24-year-old Anthony Tasch with trafficking in fentanyl and possession of methamphetamine. According to authorities, on April 10, the 28-year-old woman was found dead at a home on Dockside Drive in Orlando.

During their arrest of Tasch, detectives were able to seize 69 grams of fentanyl, 13 grams of methamphetamine, an AR-15 rifle, and additional illegal drugs.
