Law enforcement authorities are asking the public for help to locate a 16-year-old girl who has been declared missing.
Janessa Jade Silva was reported missing by the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office of Emergency Management on Monday, November 6.
Silva stands 5’7″ tall, weighs 115 pounds, has red hair, and brown eyes.
