Sanford Police Department hosting Joyfest this weekend

The Sanford Police Department will host a holiday party with music, dancing, and “reindeer” at Magnolia Square this week.

Joyfest will be on Friday, December 15, from 1 p.m. to 9 p.m. at Magnolia Square, which is located at 117 Magnolia Avenue in Sanford.

The free event will feature music, dancing, reindeer (mini horses), and performances by Phantasmagoria and Seminole High School’s Chorus.

Cookies, pastries, coquitos, and hot cocoa will be available at the event. Visitors will also be able to meet and talk with members of the police department throughout the event.
