Apopka police trying to identify suspect in stabbing

The Apopka Police Department is asking the public for help to find a suspect responsible for stabbing a woman earlier this month.

According to police, the incident took place on October 5 at around 8:20 p.m. on Main Street in Apopka.

A pedestrian that was walking on the road was stabbed by a female suspect that fled the scene and entered a dark sedan on the passenger side. The vehicle fled the scene and drove westbound on Main Street.

Police are asking for any information from witnesses that may have been in the area at the time of the incident. The vehicle of interest is pictured above.
