Nuria Solis Robles

Our dearest Nuria Solís was called home to our Lord at age 67 on Friday, May 06th, 2022. She passed away peacefully and surrounded by her loved ones. She was born in San José, Costa Rica on December 9th, 1954 to Victorino Solís and Maria del Carmen Robles.

Nuria is survived by her husband, Evangelista Naranjo; her children Eyllen (Marco Quesada) Naranjo Solís, Ileana (Walter Barrantes) Naranjo Solís, Isaac (Ana Laura Ramirez) Naranjo Solís, and Jacob Naranjo Solís; her grandchildren Gloriana Quesada Naranjo, Marco Antonio Quesada Naranjo, Isabella Naranjo Ramirez, Jose Ignacio Barrantes Naranjo, and Gabriel Naranjo Ramirez. As well as her mother Maria del Carmen Robles and her 10 siblings. She is preceded in death by her father Victorino Solís and her son Jose Leonardo Naranjo. Her five grandchildren were her biggest love and adoration, who affectionately called her “Mami Nuna”.

She grew up in Costa Rica and moved to Orlando, Florida in 2006. With her beautiful smile and sweet character, Nuria made everyone around her feel not only welcomed but special. Her love and generosity was beyond measure.

She loved perfumes and orchids; but most importantly, she was a person of faith, a believer of God, humble, and always willing to help those in need.

In addition, She loved the simplicity of just spending time with her loved ones. Nuria was the best soldier prepared to face the adversities of life. A warrior worthy of admiration and respect.

Her service was held on May 28th, 2022 at St. Joseph Catholic Church. She will be laid to rest at a later date in Pérez Zeledón, San José, Costa Rica.
