Law enforcement authorities are asking the public to help locate a missing 17-year-old Volusia County girl who may have traveled as far as Miami.
According to the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office, Eleanna Vargas was last seen on Tuesday, August 2, leaving her home in the 1000 block of Euclid Avenue in DeLand.
Vargas stands 5’4″ to 5’6″ tall, has burgundy hair, brown eyes, and may be wearing glasses. She was last seen wearing jacket of unknown color and gray sweatpants.
According to authorities, Vargas may be in Miami with “an unknown male.”
