Candida Esteban Rosario, age 88, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 27, 2022.
Candy was born to the late Leandro Esteban and Candida Rosario on March 1, 1934, in Santurce, Puerto Rico.
Candy is survived by three children, Alfredo (Marrietta), Luz Celenia (Raymond), and Jessica (Jonathan); five grandchildren and three great grandchildren. She was predeceased by her husband Carmelo Rodriguez, two brothers and two sisters.
Candy believed in enjoying and living life to its fullest. She was a strongminded, caring and loving person. Throughout her life she was unwavering and committed to sharing her wisdom and love with everyone she encountered.
Candy’s immediate family considered her a strong woman, very kind, smart, superb cook, loyal, great mother, genuine, unique, trustworthy, sweet, devoted and most of all loving.
A cremation memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 29, 2022 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at Porta Coeli Funeral Home and Crematory, 2801 E. Osceola Parkway, Kissimmee, FL 34743,
