Deborah Knight

Knight, Debbie, 72, of Altamonte Springs, FL., passed away on November 11, 2022. She was born in Lubbock, TX to the late Isaac Edward Knight, Jr. and Jenny Knight on June 21, 1950. Debbie was a loving daughter, sister, and she was the most loyal friend. She graduated from Abraham Baldwin Agriculture College with her Associate in Computer Science degree in Tifton, GA in 1970. Additionally, she graduated with her Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Georgia in Athens, GA, in 1972. She retired after working for the Osceola Board of County Commissioners as a manager in the Computer Training and User Support department. She was instrumental in the successful transition of technology around Y2K and helping to keep the technology department up to date.

Debbie was a diehard Georgia Bulldogs fan. She would be the first to talk with you about football and sports in general (UCF and the Braves). She was an outgoing and kind friend to all. She was active in her community and enjoyed playing canasta with her friends. She will be greatly missed.

Debbie was proceeded by her parents and brother, Isaac Edward “Big Ed” Knight, Sr. Debbie is survived by her sister Brigitt (Clifford) Berry, niece Jennifer Funaro, and nephew Hudson Berry. A celebration of Debbie’s life will be held on November 21, 2022 at Baldwin Fairchild Funeral Home 90 Weathersfield Ave. Altamonte Springs, Fl.
