Osceola County is now accepting applications for a new round of emergency rental and utility assistance to residents in need.
The Emergency Rental Assistance program is open to individuals and families in Osceola County that are at or below 50% of the area median income, including those that have been on unemployment for at least 90 days.
A variety of documents and records are need to apply, and may be submitted through the county’s online portal.
All applicants must be residents of Osceola County and must have lived here for a minimum of six months. The applicants must be delinquent on rent by at least one month, and must be in a current rental lease.
In addition to rental and utility assistance, the county is offering eviction prevention assistance.
