A restaurant that specializes in Japanese barbecue has opened a second location in Orange County.
Gyu-Kaku Japanese BBQ is now officially open for business at 140 Sugar Belle Drive in Winter Garden, joining multiple other businesses in Disney’s Flamingo Crossings Village.
The new restaurant is currently hosting customers as part of its soft opening, offering a 10% discount to all dining guests for a limited time.
Known for its barbecue, Gyu-Kaku features premium all-you-can-eat options that include dozens of sides and proteins.
That list includes toro beef, yaki-shabu beef, umakara ribeye, angus beef ribs, New York strip, harami skirt steak, and beef tongue, among many others.
Founded in 1996, Gyu-Kaku currently operates over 700 restaurants worldwide. The Flamingo Crossings location will join three other locations in the Sunshine State, including one in Orlando at 7858 Turkey Lake Road, and two others in Miami. In total, the business currently operates more than 70 locations across the United States.
The restaurant joins multiple others that have opened or have plans to open in the Disney-owned development. That includes the first Florida location for Pieology, a pizzeria with fully customizable options.
