The Orlando Wetlands Park will host a festival this weekend.
The festival will take place on Saturday, February 18 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the park, which is located at 25155 Wheeler Road in Christmas.
The event is free and open to the public and will feature environmental exhibits, guided hikes and tours, live animals and presentations, demonstration trucks and equipment, kids’ activities, native plant give-away, door prizes and more. Live music will play throughout the event and a door prize drawing will be held at 2:30 p.m.
The guided hikes and tours will feature photography, native plant identification, an aquatic critter crawl, and hay rides.
