Authorities released the following surveillance video showing a person of interest who police want to question in the homicide of 18-year-old Dheilier Cabrera.

Cabrera was shot and killed on a bike path in the area behind the Vineyard Apartments and the Cascades Apartment at around 11 a.m. on March 30. During the shooting, a 17-year-old was also injured after being shot in the foot.

The person of interest was seen walking in the area around the time of the shooting, according to police.
