8 arrested, 6 more street-level drug dealers wanted in Volusia

Volusia police have made over a half-dozen arrests and are asking the public for help to locate six other individuals wanted for selling cocaine, fentanyl, heroin, and meth throughout the county.

Over the course of the past several months, Volusia County Sheriff’s Office detectives and members of the Deltona Narcotics Enforcement Team conducted over two dozen controlled narcotics purchases.

During those purchases, authorities seized approximately 182 grams of heroin and fentanyl, 67 grams of methamphetamine, 106 grams of cocaine, and a variety of pills.

During their investigation, authorities arrested at least eight individuals who were selling drugs at the street level. Those individuals were as follows:

  • Ronald Lee Stidd, Jr. (31)
  • Adalberto Pereira Cruz Marecos (57)
  • William Charles Remelius (40)
  • Christopher Frizzell (31)
  • Alexander Cepeda (28)
  • Rene Roque (58)
  • Kwame Garvey Joseph (44)
  • Russell Thomas Spor II (34)

Police say they are still looking for the following suspects:

  • Luis Quiles, Jr. (50)
  • Darren Lawrence Graham (34)
  • Keith Lane Kratzer (40)
  • Ra’kim Me’shod Edwards (31)
  • Latoya Lawson (38)
  • Jonathan Rodriguez (36)

Authorities say that during their arrests, one of the dealers (Rene Roque) was living in the woods near Saxon Woods, a neighborhood in DeBary.

In February, a group of kids playing in a field near the woods found the body of a woman who was later determined to have suffered a fentanyl and methamphetamine overdose shortly after leaving Roque’s campsite.

If you have any information that may assist police in finding these wanted individuals, please contact the Volusia County Sheriff’s Office at 386-736-5961, or the Crime Stoppers of North Florida at 1-888-277-TIPS.
