Audrey Monroe Jack, 87, of Sanford/DeLand went to be with the Lord on Sunday, April 30, 2023, at Halifax Health Hospice Care Center. She was born in Augusta County, Virginia to Charles Leonard and Geneva Cash Monroe.
She was retired from Walmart Pharmacy as OTC Manager and was a member of First Baptist Church.
She was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend to everyone. She enjoyed cooking, crafting. puzzles, and spending lots of time with her loved ones. Her home was open to all as she never knew a stranger and had all who met her call her Nan.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Jack and son, Larry W. Jack.
She is survived by her brother, Larry T. Monroe, of Waynesboro, VA, her daughters, Debra Schultz (Robert) of Sanford, Carol Bannister of DeBary, and Sandra Colman (Steven) of Elizabethtown, Kentucky and fifth child/first grandchild, Samantha Hulsman (Michael) DeLand. Grandchildren Gary Schultz (Tish), Robert Schultz, Dawn Taylor (Scott), Crystal Jack, Travis Dunkinson, Cody Bannister, Chelsea Windham (Bobby), and Kristin Cruz (Timothy).
Great Grandchildren Linda Schultz, Derek Schultz, Clay Taylor, Kevin Taylor, Victoria Schultz, Abigail Schultz, Sean Hulsman, Kathleen Hulsman, Delainey Windham, and Pierson Windham, many nieces and nephews and her fur baby, Kristoff.
A gathering for family and friends to celebrate her life is set for Saturday, June 10, 2023
at DeGusipe Funeral Home in Sanford at 4:00 p.m. with a reception following at Large
Pavilion #1 at Ft Mellon Park Sanford.
