Man, woman found dead near Disney in targeted attack, police say

A man and a woman were found dead in an apartment near Walt Disney World in what police believe was a targeted attack.

Orange County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to the 10500 block of Bastille Lane on Sunday, May 14, at around 6 a.m. in reference to a 911 emergency call.

Upon arrival, deputies found a man and a woman in their 40s with “obvious signs of trauma.”

The two individuals were taken to a local hospital, where they later died from their injuries.

Deputies believe the victims were targeted and are currently working leads from the case.
