Frances Ann Brown of Orlando, FL, formerly of New London, died peacefully Friday, Aug. 4, 2023. She was 66 years old. Frances was born in New London, Oct. 30, 1956, to the late Leon Jones and the late Rosamae Alberta (Jones) Sims.
A funeral service will be held at noon, Thursday, Aug. 17, at the Abounding Grace Ministries, 3 Connecticut Avenue, New London. Interment will follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery. A viewing will take place at the church from 11 a.m. until the start of the service.
