Jasmin Kennedy was arrested by Osceola County Sheriff’s Office deputies on multiple felony charges related to the strangulation of her 13-year-old son on Monday, August 21.
During a press conference held on Monday afternoon, Osceola County Sheriff Marcos Lopez provided details surrounding the homicide, which took place at a home along Crosley Avenue in St. Cloud.

The child, who was 13-years-old, was living in the home with his mother, his 5-year-old sibling, his grandmother, and his grandmother’s boyfriend.
