An Orlando man who believed he was speaking to a 13-year-old girl that was an undercover agent has been arrested for allegedly sending multiple videos depicting children as young as 6 years old performing sexual acts.
Sean Calvin Ellixson was indicted this week by a grand jury, according to a statement issued by U.S. Attorney Roger B. Handberg of the Middle District of Florida.
According to the complaint filed in Orange County on September 11, a few days before, an undercover agent posing as a 13-year-old female in an online chatroom was contacted by a user with the username “P3do4UrDau.” The user indicated that he was “looking for young girls to spoil” with child pornography.
The chat conservation moved from the online chatroom to Kik Messenger at the suggestion of the undercover agent. The agent was then contacted by a user by the name of “lovechildpussy5,” who provided a selfie of Ellixson that was sent “utilizing the camera within the Kik app.”
In various conversations on Kik, Ellixson sent the undercover agent video depicting child pornography before suggesting the two speak “on the phone.”
On September 7, 2023, the undercover agent received a text message from a phone that was later determined to belong to Ellixson.
During a series of texts, Ellixson sent multiple child porn files and told the undercover agent that he got “caught with child porn” when he was 19 and “got locked up” because “child porn is illegal.”
“I’m much more careful now,” reads a text sent from Ellixson to the undercover agent. He proceeded to text that he only gets “turned on by kids” and sent additional videos depicting child pornography to the undercover agent.
According to the complaint, one of the videos showed a female between the ages of 6 and 8 years of age laying down and allowing a man to masturbate semen onto her eyes and mouth. In another video, a girl between the ages of 10 and 12 is observed performing oral sex on a male adult.
During their investigation, authorities geolocated the phone to the vicinity of the 2200 block of Fleetwood Court in Orlando.
On September 11, Orange County Sheriff’s Office deputies and Homeland Security Investigators executed a search warrant at Ellixson’s residence. During their search, police recovered the phone that Ellixson used to communicate with the undercover agent.
On that phone, authorities say they located more than 20 child pornography media files.
Ellixson told authorities that he had also attempted to purchase child pornography by buying a Steam gift card and sending it to an unidentified individual. That individual was supposed to send Ellixson a “Dropbox link” containing child pornography.
If convcited, Ellixson faces a minimum mandatory penalty of 15 years, and up to 40 years, in federal prison.
According to court records, Ellixson was found guilty of sex offenses in the state of Virginia in 2014.
